Fall Back & Slow Down
It’s ironic.
The fall is the time when nature is slowing down. But humans? Humans are speeding up. We’re starting the school year and “getting back to work” after the summer.
This year, take a page from nature’s book.
Slow down. Reflect. Let your own leaves of productivity fall gently to the ground.
This is a time to harvest the fruits of this year’s labor. Enjoy what you’ve produced.
It’s a time of transition and change. You’re moving from the busy-ness of summer to the reflective time of winter. You’re between the two—not one and not the other. It’s a time to rest in the space between.
Use your Equinox retreat to reconnect with the seasons and reset your rhythms.
