Today, Emily Conway introduces the idea of “being with” and gives some excellent examples of what it means to be with your emotions, difficulties, and experiences.
I understand this idea with different language. I would probably talk about presence, awareness, or being. Regardless of the language, when we talk about being present, we both mean the same thing: how do you stay present, truly present, without checking out or disassociating?
